Michael Clark

Michael Clark, Attorney At LawMichael S. Clark is a partner at the Law Offices of Krupa & Clark, in Tacoma, Washington.  He practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury.  He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Washington in 1990.  In 1993 he graduated cum laude from the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law.  While in law school, Michael served on the Law Review as an Associate Editor.

Michael is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Washington.  In addition, he has been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Puyallup Nation Tribal Court.

Michael has presented Continuing Legal Education classes on subjects such as defending Domestic Violence Cases and Presenting Winning Appeals to other lawyers at conferences of the Washington State Trial Lawyers, The Washington State Bar Association and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.  He is a two time Co-Chair of the Annual Criminal Justice Institute sponsored by the Washington State Bar Association.

Michael is the current Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Pierce County Bar Association Criminal Law Section (past Chair).  He was recently appointed by the Pierce County Council to the Advisory Board of the Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel. 

Michael lives with his wife and two sons in beautiful Dash Point.  He has been actively involved in youth sports as a soccer and baseball coach.
